At any time after we receive your order, we reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. At any time after we receive your order, we reserve the right, without prior notice to you, to supply a lesser quantity of any item that you ordered. We also may need to verify any information that you provide before we accept your order.

Item pricing and availability of all items sold at the Amerisponse and/or iFireAlarms.com web site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities on certain items. Price changes will not be retroactively applied to any outstanding or completed order(s).

Payment Methods
Payment for items will be made by credit card, wire transfer, or some other prearranged payment method (money orders or cashier's check).  All special orders must be paid for at the time of the order.

Credit Cards
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express®. Please provide the exact billing address and telephone number of the credit card. Incorrect information may cause delays in the processing of your order.

Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Personal and Company Checks
We accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal and company checks in U.S. dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check and upon the clearing of funds for personal and company checks. We cannot guarantee the availability of an item(s) by the time funds clear or payment is received. We reserve the right to charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Shipping Charges; Taxes
Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on Amerisponse and/or iFireAlarms.com invoice(s). All items sold in the State of Oklahoma will be charged tax, unless you provide Amerisponse and/or iFireAlarms.com with a valid and correct tax exempt certificate prior to Amerisponse and/or iFireAlarms.com's acceptance of the order. You are responsible for any "Use Tax" and other taxes applicable to your area.

International Orders
Terms of payment vary by country.  Funds are in United States Dollars unless otherwise stated.  Insurance is available to some countries.  You will be responsible for recovering any damages that occurred while in the possession of your country's own post office or shipping company.  If damages occur while in the possession of the United State Post Office or United State shipping company, we will try every avenue to recover damages and provide you with details of the status of the claim.  All international sales are final and non-refundable unless due to our error.  Any of these orders shipped in error must be returned to us in original, like new, condition.  You must first contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number and an approved shipping means.

We ship under the guidelines provided to us by our shipping company. These are only guides.  You are ultimately responsible for the laws governing your country and/or state/province.  You are responsible for informing us of any restrictions, prohibitions, forms, paper, etc. that is required to import into your country.  Take into consideration that the order quantity, value, origin, and type of merchandise will vary the requirements.  Any confiscation of merchandise in your country will be solely your loss.  You will be responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees that your country may charge at the time of delivery or pickup unless otherwise noted.  Some countries have extremely high duty rates.  You are responsible to find out what your country is going to charge and make your purchase decision based on that knowledge.

Title; Risk of Loss
Title of the items purchased passes from Amerisponse and/or iFireAlarms.com to you the Customer when shipped from Amerisponse and/or iFireAlarms.com's facility. If the item(s) is damaged or lost while being shipped by a carrier that is selected by Amerisponse and/or iFireAlarms.com, it is our responsibility. Any loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by you the Customer is Customer's responsibility.

Warranties
Most products are packaged with the manufacturer's warranty and service information when available. We encourage you to complete the product registration information and return any registration cards to the manufacturer so that they can contact you if necessary in the future.  Customer understands some manufacture's prefer that only professional companies install and service their products, these manufacture's may or may not provide technical support and warranty service to the Customer.  Amerisponse and/or iFireAlarms.com has no control over the manufacture's "End User" support policies.  In these situations the Customer may need to contact a local company to come and service these products.

Return Policies
Products purchased directly from Amerisponse and/or iFireAlarms.com by a Customer may be returned by Customer within 30 days from the date on the invoice as long as they are returned in new, sellable condition.  There will be a 15% restocking fee on all orders returned within the 30 days.  Special orders are not returnable or refundable. Software is not returnable or refundable under any circumstances.  It can only be exchanged for an identical item.  Cancelled credit card orders will have the non-refundable credit card fees deducted from their refund.  These are 3.5% for the initial transaction and an additional 2% if the amount is refunded back to the card.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Amerisponse and/or iFireAlarms.com and its Associates from and against any and all liability, claims, costs and expenses (including without limitation reasonable legal fees and expenses), alleging or resulting from your use of the Amerisponse and/or iFireAlarms.com web site.

These Terms and Conditions May Change
Amerisponse and/or iFireAlarms.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
